These Terms govern your use of this website. Actual service delivery — payroll, statutory compliance, HR services, audits, and registrations — is governed by a separate Service Agreement signed between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

Credible Corporate Services provides payroll management, PF and ESI registration and filings, Professional Tax compliance, labour law compliance, HR shared services, and related statutory compliance services.

All compliance filings, payroll outputs, and registrations are prepared based on the data and documents submitted by you. While we exercise professional diligence, we cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on government department decisions, portal availability, or information that you have not provided.

If you provide data after the agreed monthly cut-off date, the Company will not be responsible for any resulting late payment penalties, interest, or non-compliance with statutory deadlines. The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by government portal outages (including EPFO, ESIC, MCA, or Income Tax portals), system downtime, or regulatory changes implemented without notice.

Fees are non-refundable once service has commenced, except in cases of proven material non-delivery of the agreed service scope. Refund claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the disputed service period. All fee structures, payment schedules, and specific refund provisions are governed by your individual Service Agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credible Corporate Services and its employees from any claims, penalties, or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete data provided by you, your failure to meet agreed data cut-off timelines, or your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of Credible Corporate Services Private Limited and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, pandemics, power failures, internet outages, strikes, or acts of government.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Chennai.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions. Continued use of the website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
