Companies that have over 10 workers or, in some states, more than 20 workers and whose employees have an earning not exceeding ₹21,000 per month or ₹25,000 if disabled workers are also supposed to register themselves for ESI.

Who Can Make EPF Claims?
EPF claims can be submitted by individuals based on the kind of claim they want to file.
Full PF Withdrawal
Employees retiring. 58 years or more Employees leaving jobs permanently and not joining another job within one month. Employees who are going through specific situations such as medical emergencies, house purchase, children's education, marriage, etc.
Partial PF Withdrawal
Employees with more than 10 years of service can withdraw up to 50% of their PF corpus for specific reasons such as medical treatment, or house purchase. Employees facing unforeseen circumstances such as unemployment or natural calamities can withdraw a smaller portion, up to 3 months' salary.
Pension Claim
Employees reaching 58 years of age or more due to old age. Employees with permanent incapacitation due to sickness or injury.
Transfer Claim
Employees who have job change and want the EPF accumulated balance with them to get continuity from the new employer can claim for that.
Log in to the UAN Member e-Sewa Portal
We will assist you in accessing the EPF member portal using your Universal Account Number (UAN) and password.
Navigate to the Online Services Section
